Welding
The processes we apply include TIG (GTAW), MIG/MAG and modern laser welding, so we can select the optimal technology for every task. Alongside traditional welding processes, laser welding provides outstanding accuracy, low heat input and an aesthetic weld bead.
Each of the three processes has its own dedicated equipment. TIG (GTAW): one Jasic TIG 250P AC/DC unit, 10–250 A, aluminium and stainless steel from 1 to 8 mm. MIG/MAG: five Merkle RedMIG 2800 K units, 25–280 A, structural carbon steel from 1 to 6 mm, with SG2 copper-coated wire. Laser welding: two handheld fiber units at 2000 W and 3000 W, aluminium and stainless steel from 1 to 8 mm.
By applying advanced technologies we minimise distortion, reduce the need for rework and ensure consistent, high quality. Our production processes are suitable for the manufacture of individual as well as small and medium-series products. Our welding operations hold ISO 3834-2 certification.
