A sheet metal part is rarely finished in a single operation. A typical bracket or enclosure goes through laser cutting, deburring, press brake bending, welding, surface preparation and powder coating. If these happen at separate sites, every step adds transport, waiting and another quality handover.
With us all six steps happen in the same plant in Székesfehérvár. This saves more than the waiting between shipments: the material never changes hands, so dimensional and surface defects stay traceable.
From Fejér County and Budapest, meeting in person is easy to arrange, as the plant is close to the M7 motorway junction.
Materials we work with
We work with steel sheet, galvanised sheet, aluminium sheet, and stainless and acid-resistant sheet, typically in 0.5–6 mm thickness, and up to 20 mm for laser cutting. The most common grades: DC01, S235JR, EN AW-5754, 1.4301 (AISI 304) and 1.4404 (AISI 316L). We also handle material procurement, so you do not need to order and deliver stock to us separately.
We work from prototypes to large series. A single part or a pilot run gets a quote just as a regular, high-volume call-off does — for the latter we also keep buffer stock so your production never stops.

Production and delivery

Do you take single parts, or series only?
We take single parts and pilot runs as well. The minimum order value is HUF 50,000 net; below that we unfortunately cannot quote.
Do you source the material, or do I supply it?
Both are possible. We handle procurement, so material and machining arrive in one order. If you have your own, better-priced source, we also work on a subcontract basis.
