Manual powder coating
During the surface treatment process, the powder-based paint is applied to the workpieces electrostatically, then cured at high temperature to form the final coating. The procedure is fast and efficient: after cooling, the finished parts can be packed and shipped immediately.
Our powder coating shop is equipped with several spray booths and a high-capacity curing oven, allowing rapid colour changes and flexible service of both individual orders and larger series.
For proper adhesion and durability, surfaces are prepared by degreasing, phosphating or shot blasting. Thanks to the wide colour range, the full RAL palette and custom colours are also available.
