Five German-made MIG/MAG welding machines with a 25–280 A current range. These five parallel workstations form the backbone of our welding capacity, so welding does not become the bottleneck on larger structural batches. We weld structural carbon steel from 1 to 6 mm material thickness with SG2 copper-coated solid wire of Ø0.8–1 mm (AWS A5.18 ER70S-6 / ISO 14341-A G 42 4 M21 3Si1) under M21 shielding gas. Duty cycle: 280 A at 30%, 210 A at 60%. Standard: EN 60974-1, protection class IP21, insulation class H.
