SOCO SB-39x4A-3S-V+ punch

The SB-39X4A-3SV CNC tube bender combines draw bending, roll bending and 1D small-radius bending technologies. It handles tube diameters up to Ø38.1 mm and is ideal for complex tubular parts that require several bending radii and geometries within a single component. SOCO DGT technology and advanced control software ensure a precise, repeatable and stable bending process in both small and medium series production as well as on complex one-off parts. Programmable boost force for CLR = 1D bending, springback compensation in roll bending and the option of “0” straight-length bending make geometries achievable that conventional tube benders cannot produce. Typical applications: precision tubular parts, small-radius (CLR = 1D) and large-radius roll bending, multiple geometries on one part, industrial tube and structural elements.
