SOCO SB-39x4A-3S-V+ punch

The SB-39X4A-3SV CNC tube bender combines draw bending, roll bending and 1D small-radius bending technologies. It handles tube diameters up to Ø38.1 mm and is ideal for complex tubular parts that require several bending radii and geometries within a single component. SOCO DGT technology and advanced control software ensure a precise, repeatable and stable bending process in both small and medium series production as well as on complex one-off parts. Programmable boost force for CLR = 1D bending, springback compensation in roll bending and the option of “0” straight-length bending make geometries achievable that conventional tube benders cannot produce. Typical applications: precision tubular parts, small-radius (CLR = 1D) and large-radius roll bending, multiple geometries on one part, industrial tube and structural elements. Linardics uses it mainly for automotive and vehicle industry tube parts, industrial machinery, structural and functional tube systems, and HVAC and energy applications, in custom and small-to-medium series.
